We offer multi style yoga classes daily, 90 and 75 minutes, suitable for practitioners of all levels, beginners friendly, no previous yoga experience required.

Vinayasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. Also sometimes called “Vinyasa Flow Yoga” this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments. In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly passive poses for about two to five minutes to work into our connective tissues. If you gently stretch connective tissue by holding a yin pose for a long time in this way, the body will respond by making it a little longer and stronger – which is exactly what you want. Different Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body, which in turn balances the body’s internal organs and systems. Yin yoga gives you the time and space to allow emotions, thoughts and feelings you have kept in the shadows, to surface.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. It combines elements of Vinyasa Flow, Pilates and inversions. Inverting is very beneficial for the spine and practicing inversions with support of the swing allows students to experience their bodies , overcome fear and build self-confidence in a playful and safe way.
